New member-elected Trustee Director

The voting period for the member-elected Trustee Director position closed on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, with a total of 481 votes cast over the three-week voting period. We sincerely thank every member who took part in the voting process.

Background

The Scheme is managed by a trustee company (Trustee), in accordance with the Scheme’s Trust Deed. The Trust Deed requires the Trustee to have seven directors (Trustee Directors). Two Trustee Directors are chosen by you, the members, and the remaining five are appointed by Westpac (including one who is an independent trustee licenced by the Financial Markets Authority).
